Go-to-market strategy included FBA inventory planning, shipping policy creation, and the use of Brand Registry tools to optimize content through A+ Content, variant page creation, and Storefront management.
Developed, executed, and tracked Amazon Advertising campaigns for each product group. As a result, average ACoS decreased by 22.5%, and Amazon sales revenue increased a noteworthy 350% (3.5x).
